1.  Current Capital Project
a. Ely Building:  Major renovations to the facade with new entries, bathrooms and a new elevator.

b. Underground Electrical conduit – Upgrade of Fire Alarm Systems being installed.

c. Parenzo Gym Floor – Removing old bleachers; repair damaged sections of floor; refinishing and repainting of athletic grids / lines for multiple sports.

d. Wilson Hall Classroom Security Door Upgrades
   

2.  Past Capital Projects -  2007, 2008
a. Dever Auditorium - Upgraded lighting, fire alarm system, stage rigging and curtains. Repaired catwalks. Built new sound booth. Installed new carpet and handicapped seating.  

b. Parenzo - Roof completely replaced in the summer of 2008

c. Wilson – Second and Third floor Labs renovated (2008)

d. Wilson – Back Exterior Wall of building repaired (2008)

e. Wilson - Asbestos removed from steam pipes and pipes re-covered (2008)

f. Scanlon Hall – Installed new Elevator, Front Entry, Public renovations, etc.

g. Courtney Hall - New Sprinkler system installed. (2008) Lounges, Halls and Public Area renovations  (2008)

h. Field House – Install New Press Box  (2007)

i. Athletic Field – Installed Astroturf on field  (2007)

j. Davis Hall  – New Windows throughout (2007)

k. Dickinson Hall – New Windows throughout (2007)   

l. Dickinson and Lammers Halls – New Student Furniture installed.

 m.  Juniper Park - Electrical Upgrades including Fire alarm system, electrical panels, and a new Emergency Generator
