Westfield State 6 – Bridgewater State 1

WESTFIELD – Junior forward Shanna Litterst (Falmouth)) and sophomore forward Megan Wolski (Plymouth) both tallied three goals and an assist to power Westfield State to a 6-1 victory over Bridgewater State Oct. 4.

The Owls, who have scored 20 goals in their last four games, improved to 4-6 overall and 2-1 in the Mass. State Conference.

Bridgewater actually took a 1-0 lead just over two minutes into the game on a goal by sophomore Ashley Panzinii. But the Owls’ scoring barrage began with two first-half goals by Wolski and a Litterst goal.
