Obtaining Transcripts from Westfield State College

There are several ways to obtain an official (or unofficial) transcript from Westfield State College:

You can come to the Registrar's office, fill out a transcript request form, and pay the appropriate fee.  The Registrar's office is located at 333 Western Ave.

If you have a printer attached to your computer, print out the following Transcript Request Form. Fill out the form and follow the mailing and fee instructions below,

or

Send us a letter including:

• Current Name
• Name While Attending WSC
• Social Security Number
• Years of Attendance or Year of Graduation
• Address(es) where Transcript(s) are to be Mailed
• Whether You Need Official or Unofficial Transcripts
• Appropriate Transcript Fee (see below)
• If You Need to Wait for Recent Information (grades or degree posting) Before Sending Transcript
• Your Signature

Fee and Mailing Instructions

The fee for normal processing (within approximately one week) of both official and unofficial transcripts is $2.00.  We also offer 24 hour processing of transcript requests for $5.00.  The normal processing fee ($2.00) will be charged for requests that need to be held for end of semester grades or degree notation.
